CBD still might be a mystical ingredient in your city's circles, but scientists have been doing their research to back up the benefits claimed by many CBD companies. Here's a list of ways CBD can help you find better pain relief, based off current research.
Study #1 - CBD for use as an anti-inflammatory
In this review, researchers look at the main biological effects of CBD, and its synthetic derivatives, focusing on the cellular, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties of CBD.
"In this context, the phytocannabinoid cannabidiol, which was identified several decades ago and may interact with the cannabinoid system, is a promising molecule for pharmacotherapy."

Study #2 - CBD for use in pain treatment
Another study that was published in Therapeutics and Clinical Risk Management states that, "Cannabinoid analgesics have generally been well tolerated in clinical trials with acceptable adverse event profiles. Their adjunctive addition to the pharmacological armamentarium for treatment of pain shows great promise."

Study #3 - Cannabidiol (CBD) and sleep
Finally, let's take a look at this study in the Permanente Journal. It states, "In this evaluation, CBD appears to be better tolerated than routine psychiatric medications. Furthermore, CBD displays promise as a tool for reducing anxiety in clinical populations..."
