PRIMABEE "REFER A FRIEND" PROMOTIONAL CONTEST JUNE 2023: OFFICIAL RULES Eligibility to Participate. To qualify to enter Primabee’s "Refer a Friend” Promotional Contest (the "Contest"), an individual must meet the following prerequisites: a. Hold a customer account on https://www.primabee.com/; b. Reside in the United States; and c. Be at least 18 years old (each an "Eligible Participant"). Individuals who are otherwise eligible but do not hold a customer account may register here. Status as an Eligible Participant does not mean that person has won or is entitled to any of the Prizes. Prizes. Eligible Participants may win one of three prizes (collectively, the "Prizes"): a. “Prime Prize” - Free CBD for a Year (up to $720 Value); b.. "Second Place Prize” - $200 Primabee Online Store Credit; and "Third Place Prize” - $100 Primabee Online Store Credit How to Win. Each Eligible Participant is assigned a custom referral link to send to third parties ("Referred Parties"). When a referral link is used by a Referred Party to complete a purchase between June 1, 2023 at 12:00am EST to June 30, 2023 at 11:59pm EST (the "Contest Timeline"), it is tracked as a successful referral (an "Entry"). The Eligible Participant with the most number of Entries during the Contest Timeline will win the Grand Prize. The Eligible Participant with the second most number of Entries during the Contest Timeline will win the Second Place Prize. The Eligible Participant with the third most number of entries during the Contest Timeline will win the Third Place Prize. d. In the event of a tie for the Grand Prize, Second Place Prize, or Third Place Prize, the Sponsor will do a random drawing to determine the winner(s). In no event will more than one Eligible Participant be deemed a winner of any of the Prizes. In no event will an Eligible Participant be deemed a winner of more than one of the Prizes. Winners will be notified via email. No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or payment by the Eligible Participant of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Primabee Promotional Contest. Right to cancel or modify. Primabee reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Contest for any reason. Release. Eligible Participants agree to release and hold Primabee and its affiliates harmless from and against any claim associated with the Contest. Limitation of liability. Primabee is not responsible and cannot be held liable for technical errors or other events that may prevent the Contest from being conducted as expected. Right to substitute. Primabee reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the state of Massachusetts. Any claim or action by an Eligible Participant relating to or arising under the Contest shall only be brought in the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and this court shall have personal jurisdiction over any Entrant named in the claim or action.
